Date and Time pop up calendar/clock in Windows 10 not working

I installed Windows 10 and now the calendar will not open when I click on the date/time in the lower right corner of the task bar. How can I get this to work? It was working fine in Windows 7 before I upgraded to 10. Now I just get a sound when I click on it, but no clock/calendar pops up. Thanks for any help.

[This no longer applies to Windows 10 builds 10586 and above - so just update your system to the latest version of Windows 10 to fix this problem -- (Settings -> Update And Security -> Windows Update -> Check for updates) To find your version -- Start -> "Winver.exe" -> Enter]

[This is not an official response - the solution presented below worked for me]

Be careful when editing the registry as it may cause your OS to stop working.

Try the following:

1. Run Regedit.exe

2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Time Zones

3. Is there a subkey called "Armenian Standard Time"?

4. If Yes: delete the "Armenian Standard Time" key (and only that key)

5. Try launching the calendar again - This fixed the issue for me.

If the answer to #3 is "No" then you likely are encountering a different issue that I do not have a solution for.
