Dell Touchpad not working after upgrading to windows 10

I am using Dell Inspiron 3542 Laptop with windows 7.

I recently installed windows 10 os and after that my touchpad is not working.

I also checked on Settings >Devices > Mouse and Touchpad but there is no option showing touchpad.

Here is it looks like :

And also I searched in my Device manager > Mice and other pointing Device but not found.

Note: In Settings > System > About : There is saying No pen or Touch input is available for this display

I tried Dell Touchpad Drivers from site but not worked.

Please give me a solution.

Answer

First Format your OS then, Install Windows 7 64Bit (or) Windows 8 64Bit

after you Download & Install Dell Drivers for Windows 7 64Bit (or) Windows 8 64Bit from Dell.com/support Only..!

then run Windows 10 64Bit Media Creation Tool Link

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

The only thing is you have to change 32Bit OS to 64Bit ..!

and you have to Download the Latest Version of BIOS A08 (if current BIOS is A02)
