Surface Book 2 Heating Issue

I was wondering if this these types of numbers were ok for the surface book 2 15inch.  When touching he surface book the thing is extremely hot.

Surface devices are equipped with an overheat protection. The device complies with the user accessible surface temperature limits defined by the International Standard for Safety of Information Technology Equipment (IEC 60950-1).

In the event that your Surface reaches a certain point of temperature, a warning icon should appear. If not, it means your device is still good and the temperature is within range.
