How do I automatically Sync Custom Office Templates folder between Windows 8 PCs?

By default Office does not provided an option to automatically sync the folders.

However, if the computers are connected to each other, you may save the templates in a shared folder.

The only options I see are to share with specific (other) people. I sign in to each computer using the same Microsoft account. I cannot see an option to share the Custom Office Templates folder with another computer using the same account.

Is this what you mean by connected to each other? Each computer is in a different location on a different network and so on. I just move between them...

How can I do share the folder?

As you are signing into Office with different accounts. It is not possible to share the template.

However you can share the template by saving it to the network drive and then access it from there.

As I said in my reply earlier, I sign into two computers using the SAME Microsoft account. Your reply addressed using different accounts.

I would like to access the same templates on two different PCS both using Windows 8 whenever I sign into using the same account.

I would appreciate any help on this specific issue.

Hi,

You may save the template to SkyDrive for that email account, and then use the template from different location when signed-in with the same email account where the template is saved.
