UFC 3 Fight Night Edition, Not recieved Fight Night Champion code 2 months later.

Hello there, im wondering if anybody can help me as i purchased UFC 3 Fight Night Edition on January the 2nd 2019 and i still have not received the Fight Champion code that i should have received by the 12th of January but it is now the 7th February and ive tried requesting a refund but i got denied and I contacted Microsoft support and they are no help they keep saying just wait for it to come through from 7-10 days from purchase although it has now been 2+ months.

Any ideas that i could do as im thinking of requesting a callback...

Where did you purchase this edition from? All I can find on the Microsoft Store is the Deluxe edition: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/ea-sports-ufc-3-deluxe-edition/bvxmwspwmbrk?&activetab=pivot:overviewtab

However I did find a post about the UFC 3 Fight Night Champion Bundle which I believe is what you are referring to and it does state you should have gotten a code for Fight Night Champion 7-10 days after purchase to your Xbox Live message center. It's not sent to you by email but rather via a message from Xbox Live that you can see from your messages on Xbox Live. Double check your Xbox Live messages since they don't expire and your code may already be there. https://forums.ea.com/en/ufc/discussion/236086/ufc-3-fight-night-champion-bundle

If it's not there then it would be best to request a callback from customer support and they may be able to help you with the code. https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Its not in my messages sent by xbox live.

Hi there i purchased it on the Microsoft store. And they told me to posst the question on here and the Microsoft forum team would help me out as you guys are more better at sorting stuff out like this according to Microsoft support. Should i request a call back???

Thank you for responding. Unfortunately, here in the forums we do not have the tools to assist with redeemable codes. You will need to request a callback in order to get further help with getting your Fight Night Champion.
