system_service_exception蓝屏

今天早上开机,系统自动下载最新补丁KB4490481,晚上回来安装更新之后,直接提示system_service_exception蓝屏。

经过恢复系统之后,安装软件时候,发现安装搜狗输入法中途重新出现system_service_exception蓝屏,重启之后输入法没有安装成功,再重新安装输入法时继续蓝屏,此时我选择进入控制面板,把最新补丁KB4490481卸载重启,安装搜狗输入法正常。

确定最新补丁KB4490481与搜狗输入法存在兼容性问题。

具体到搜狗,在系统自带程序“注册表编辑器”中打开下面的注册表键值:

计算机\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\EUDC\936\SGPYBackupSystemDefaultEUDCFont

这个键值的数据通常是“EUDC.TTE",或者"C:\Windows\Fonts\EUDC.TTE"。在数据的末尾增加",TestFont",就可以暂时解决问题。如下图所示。更改前:

在微软发布四月份第二个星期的补丁修复这个问题以后,再将增加的后缀去掉。

补充:

如果系统修复环境下卸载更新失败, 如果你的系统有其他拥有管理员权限的账号,请使用该账号正常登录进入Windows,运行regedit.exe。如果没有,可以从修复环境选择“疑难解答->高级选项->命令提示符”,进入命令行窗口,运行regedit.exe。在注册表编辑器里,选择HKEY_USERS, 再点击"文件"菜单,选择"加载配置单元",

浏览到系统盘下"用户\需要修复的用户名"文件夹中,在文件输入框直接输入ntuser.dat:

打开它,让后给这个配置单元选个名称,比如TestUser。

接着点开HKEY_USERS,你应该可以看到刚才加入的以TestUser命名的配置单元。

然后你就可以用之前提到的方法修改EUDC键值,你也可以直接将”计算机\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\EUDC\936\SGPYBackupSystemDefaultEUDCFont“键值删除,在四月份第二个星期的补丁发布以后再加回来。

你好,我遇到了同样的问题,安装KB4490481的更新之后导致无限蓝屏,尝试过在WINRE中卸载质量更新,但是卸载失败,之后使用administrator成功进入桌面,卸载了搜狗输入法,切换回之前的用户名尝试登陆桌面,依旧蓝屏,尝试了您上面发的修改注册表的方法,问题依旧,且在administrator用户名中也无法卸载kb4490481更新,希望微软员工可以提供一些解决的办法,谢谢

如果以Administrator账号登录也不能卸载更新,你的系统就是还有其他的问题了。你可以用Feedback Hub将问题反馈给微软,附上 c:\windows\logs\CBS\CBS.log 文件。

你可以试试以下办法解决这个蓝屏问题:

1. 浏览到"C:\用户\YourUserName"(需要修复的用户名)目录下,显示隐藏文件,你应该可以看到一个NTUSER.DAT文件。

2. 打开注册表编辑器,选择HKEY_USERS, 再点击"文件"菜单,选择"加载配置单元",浏览到上一步中的NTUSER.DAT文件,打开它。给它起个名字,比如YourUserName。

3. 点开HKEY_USERS,你应该可以看到刚才加入的以YourUserName命名的配置单元。然后你就可以用之前提到的方法修改EUDC键值,你可以直接将”计算机\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\EUDC\936\SGPYBackupSystemDefaultEUDCFont“键值删除,在微软发布补丁以后再加回来。

如果你能用administrator进入系统,证明你的开机启动项程序中与补丁存在兼容文件(不单一只有搜狗存在兼容问题),你可以尝试把启动项程序卸载后进入原系统,逐一安装原启动项程序,找出存在兼容的程序。

无限蓝屏后自动进入了修护界面,选择troubleshooting,选择卸载最新的质量更新。然后提示卸载成功。

重启后可以进入系统。

但查看更新安装历史,KB4490481已经安装成功并没有卸载。

但问题是解决了,没有蓝屏可以进入系统了。

我也是这样修复的。但是有些情况下质量更新会卸载失败。就只能选择reset。481这个补丁更新之前貌似会自动做一个还原点。

如果用修复环境界面卸载更新失败,可以选择高级选项,启动命令窗口,然后使用DISM直接移除更新,假定 C: 是系统盘:

  1. dism /image:C:\ /get-packages
    此命令会列出所有的更新,选择最后一个更新,拷贝它的名称
  2.  dism /image:c:\ /remove-package /PackageName:上一步中拷贝的更新名称
