HALO REACH CR BANNED

Hi, about two days ago my wife and I where playing Halo Reach on Xbox live. After a multiplayer game we got a message stating that our xbox was temporary banned form earning any Cr. It has been 2 days and we are still banned. Why are we banned from ranking up on Halo Reach? If we did nothing wrong!

Since this is a game specific ban you would need to contact the Game Developer in regards to it. In your case that would be Bungie.net.
