Downloadle content transfers

Right, i used to share an account with my brother and bought both map packs (call of duty black ops) on that account but i recently got my new xbox and account. I know you can do all the license transfer stuff but is there a way of doing it so that both consoles can still play the map packs online

If you want the map packs on your new account you will need to purchase them with that account. The map packs on your brothers account are tied to his account and can not be transferred.
