DLC fails to download

Loaded 6000 points on to my account to download all CoD DLC. I was able to purchase each pack ok but when its downloading it reaches 99% then fails. Ive tried deleting the part downloaded DLC and starting again but get the same results. Ive been trying to resolve this for 3 weeks now but no joy. 

 

PLEASE HELP.

That content is region restricted. That means if you are out of your XBL account region you will not be able to access it. There is no work around for this issue either. If your account is let's say a US account and you are in let's say Germany that would be why you can not get them.

 

Region Restricted content works like this:

 

XBL Account Region+Game Disc Region+Physical Live in Region=ALL of these must match

 

example- US+US+US=Access        US+US+Ger=Denied              US+Ger+UK=Denied          

 

Also, if you live in a non-Live supported region you will not be able to access region restricted content.
