Deal of the Week items not being sold at advertised price.

The Oblivion expansion pack 'The Shivering Isles' is suppose to be half price this week.
It's normal price is 2400 points but it's being advertised at 1200 for gold members this week.
I am a Gold member and it says it's half price but every time it actually reaches the purchase pop up window it's being sold at the full price and it's asking for more points.
Also the rest of the deals are not showing up, just Shivering Isles and the Vault-Boy avatar items but these are not being sold at the advertised price either.
I live in the UK just in case you need that information, I also kept getting this code 4 hours ago when trying to access the Deals of the week items: 807B01F4
I don't get it anymore but I just want the Shivering Isles.
