Can my Paypal freeze thanks to Xbox?

Couldn't find it in the New Agreement. 

If I linked my Paypal to my account, is there a chance my Paypal would freeze with my xbox account or vice versa? If for some reason my account on Paypal got frozen (Which shouldn't happen, I rarely make purchases Online.) would my Xbox account get frozen even if I only purchased Points?

 

 

The only way I can see it causing a problem is if you used it to purchase a gold membership and have no money on your paypal account and auto renewal is turned on. If you're only using it to purchase points then I don't think you'll have any issues.

Yeah, I can see that happening. I wouldn't use Auto-Renewal personally but the 800 Points for $10 is really efficient. Especially with some XBLA titles. I don't want it freezing and then it takes down my account with it. x:
