Call of Duty: Ghosts DLC Xbox 360 to Xbox One

I had played Ghosts on the 360 and bought some DLC back when it was new.  I have had my XBOX One for a few months and decided to buy Ghosts used.  Should my DLC show up?  My multiplayer progression showed up just not the DLC.

When I had COD: Advanced Warfare on the 360 and switched to the One all of my DLC showed up.

You could upgrade for free for a limited time (until May 31, 2014). So you would need to purchase the DLC if you want to use it on the One.

Yeah I already purchased the DLC on the 360, I didn't want to repurchase the same DLC on Xbox. Shouldn't have had a time restriction.
