I installed Kinect Sports Rivals Preseason and have yet to play it. After the first install, the game froze on the loading screen (though the loading icon continued to rotate). I removed the game and re-installed. After the second install, the game would not even go into load mode (rhyming unintended). Upon the third re-install, I got a screen that said something about an update. It then proceeded to load mode and then stopped and returned to the Home screen. The result of the fourth re-install was identical to the second re-install, and the fifth was identical to the first. Because the results are different, I do not meet Ben Franklin's definition of insanity. Anyone else have this issue, whether or not its with Kinect Sports Rivals Preseason?
I've had a few problems with some of my games, but I've been able to resolve them by uninstalling everything (all DLC, which, if you have a Day One Code, will show up under Add-Ins after pressing the menu button when highlighting the game and will reappear in the same location when you need to reinstall them), restarting, and then a clean install of the game. I then started the game before re-installing the DLC. This happened with Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag (I couldn't play multiplayer, then I couldn't play at all). No problems with this game after that.
NOTE: it seems a bad or incomplete install will cause problems with the game (which seems obvious). This needs to be confirmed but my experience is that a bad install of one game or DLC will affect other subsequent DLC installs for that game.
