Over the past couple years, I have been buying full 12-month live cards for my account. I am aware on the card it says non-refundable, but I was wondering if Xbox would refund it after it's been put on the account?
The May update killed my Xbox, and Microsoft has shown no initiative to fix it for me, thus I want to get rid of anything, and it would be nice if Microsoft did one nice thing to a long-time customer. I feel ripped off for spending $60 on your service, then your own mistake preventing me from making use of that money.
