Whats the new Xbox Update?

I just turned my xbox on and there is a new system update. I like to know what it is? Can anyone tell me?

It is just a standard update with no changes. It is there to help get ready for the fall update. You can read more at Major Nelson's Blog.

There is an error with the update. Once completed the game marketplace menu is blank.

Try clearing your system cache. The Marketplace looks fine to me.
