We currently have two Xbox One consoles on our home network, with 3 Xbox Live accounts and all the game "ownership" under one of the three account holders. One of the two consoles is designated as the home console and with most of the games we own being digital, the game sharing feature seems to work pretty well. However, I am contemplating purchasing a third Xbox One console for the same household with the intention that all three of us would play the same game simultaneously but I can't seem to figure out how this would work. Has anyone tried this and would be willing to share their experience? Buying multiple copies of the same game is obviously not an ideal solution, but even if I were to go that route how would this work? The owner of the digital version woul play the digital copy on the existing console not designated as the home console, the second account holder plays the digital version on the home console and the third account would play the disc copy on the new Xbox console? It seems that Microsoft could solve this problem by allowing game sharing between more than two consoles when all the consoles are on the same network... Any thoughts?
