Sign in is blocked. 2ND TIME DIFFERENT ACCOUNT!

Okay so this is now the SECOND account I have had this happen to. I accidentally deleted my account, went to go recover it, and RIGHT AWAY instead of saying "invalid password" it right away said "There is a problem with the credentials, visit account.live.com to fix the problem" so, I go try to sign into Xbox.com and i get "Sign in with ******* is blocked for one or more reasons. Someone entered the incorrect password too many times" SOO, I go to reset the password, I successfully reset it but I get the same message. Anybody know what to do? This account is not the account I'm trying to recover in case you're wondering.

First off, how do you "accidentally" delete an account? Also, if you are unable to log into the account, how are you posting here?

If you've nothing productive to post about the OP's problem and your sole intent is run down other people don't bother posting.

EDIT: And if you want people to help you OP then don't call them morons for misreading a post.
