Probleme beim verbinden des Gamertags mit EA/Origin

Ich habe mich bei EA/Origin registriert und wollte meinen Gamertag mit meiner EA/Origin Adresse verbinden und um das zu schaffen würde ich gerne eine Mail an den EA-Support schicken. Das funktioniert aber nicht weil um die Mail zu schicken müsste ich mich einloggen und das klappt nicht.

Telefonisch kommt nicht in Frage da es zu teuer wird.

Daher meine Frage, hat einer eine Idee wie ich den Support anschreiben kann ohne mich einzuloggen?

Hab das selbe Problem.

Habe mir einen neuen Acc. gemacht, weil ich meinen alten vergessen habe.

Nun hab ich vor 2 Tagen eine Mail verschickt, leider noch keine Antwort bekommen.

Warum wollt ihr das denn machen? Als Konsoleros sind wir nicht auf Origin angewiesen (zum Glück)

Sind wir leider bei Spielen die von EA kommen eben doch.....

Allerdings nur wenn man den Online Modus benutzen möchte.

Ja da haben wohl einige ein Problem mit was nur der Support von EA lösen kann leider.

Origin / EA sind in dieser beziung das aller letzte, finde ich! FRAGE: Welche EA/Origin Hotline Nummer funktioniert überhaupt?? ich habe aus der Schweiz versucht eine Nummer zu finden die überhaupt offiziell vergeben ist. GIBT ES NICHT!!! was für eine scheide ist den das?? die Support Nummer die im Büchlein des gekauften spiele ist gibt es gar nicht! WOW !!!

Das ist natürlich ärgerlich.

Du kannst aber Dich mit Deinem EA/Origin Konto hier einloggen, und dann via Chat mit einem EA Supportmitarbeiter chatten.

OKAY, die Hotline funktioniert jetzt leider beträgt die Wartezeit 30min. ***! ich versuche es mal mit dem EA Chat. vielleicht geht da ja was.
