parental settings

ok my parents email account was blocked or hacked and cant restart without cellphone (which they dont have) and so i cant change my settings, watch netflix, espn, some downloadable content, and my sttings are made to not talk to anyone which i want to change somehow....THERES NO WAY IM MAKING A NEW ACCOUNT TO DO EVERYTHING I DID ALL OVER AGAIN...thats the same thing as destroying ur xbox oh and im 16 btw...i need help
