Parental Account help

Hi guys, i created this account going on maybe 3 years ago. However i wasnt sure how to set it up and my friend already had xbox live. He used his email details and now weve lost contact i have no way of signing into using things such as zune or changing parental controls.

 

May just be a rookie mistake but does anyone know how to reset the parental controls without having to use the original email?

As far as I know there is no other way. Unless you know the e-mail and password you are out of luck. Calling support won't do any good as you won't know any of the account details or security answers.

Once your account is 18 years old you can promote it to an adult account and you won't have to worry about it. Other than that, you can create a new account.
