My Xbox One Hasn't Shipped Yet...

I talked to microsoft regarding the ups issue, they said not to worry as they ups isnt moving anything from microsoft that would result in getting the item earlier than the 22nd. The closer you are to a distribution center, the longer its going to take to show that your order shipped and is being tracked, but don't worry, they told me that the guaranteed delivery date is going to be the 22nd.

i never received anything either. i never received a confirmation email when i preordered in june and i never received an email that its been shipped.  my email account is current.  what i had to do is log into store.microsoft.com and log in with my live ID and password. click on purchases/orders (whatever it says) on the right side and it saidmy order has been completed and it lists my tracking number ( although tracking it just says that the label has been created...its friggen weds for goodness sake).  anyhow, check it that way. hope it helps.

MSS sent me a trackign number but it wont ship until tomorrow, and overnight.

Ive got nothing either- logged in to store (microsoft.com) and still is in process. No email, no nothing. Well I'm trying to be cool - last day at work tomorrow (took holiday obviously for Friday). It better be delivered on Friday :))) Forza 5, Ryse, BF 4 and additional controller are already shipped from Game :) and Ghosts is already on my shelf :) C'mon XBOX ONE!!!

i've always wondered what would happen if you don't get it on launch ?  can you ask for a refund or something or what? these places guarantee launch day but what if they don't get it to you? what can you do?

I guess it depends on the return policy of each company and what they guarantee. Like Gamestop guarantees street date delivery if you choose a certain shipping method, and if it doesnt come shipping is free.

i spoke to a mate at ms store i say mate its the same person i always talk too lol, uk xboxes are comming from the netherlands tomorrow/friday expect an email tomorrow or friday morning but the xboxes will be with you on the 22nd :D :D :D

I'm still waiting for shipment, too. Excited!
