There are a few ways and this link will tell more about it. www.xbox.com/.../abuse Make sure you report only if the player has violated the Xbox LIVE Code of Conduct, which is also stated in the link.

For Reporting on Xbox Console you need to follow there steps in this link support.xbox.com/.../file-player-complaint As said before make sure you only File Complaint if the Xbox LIVE player has violated any of the Xbox LIVE Code of Conduct.

There is a Gamer tag called [Mod Removed] and he thinks its fun to Host Boot Gamers and he loves doing it please file a complaint on his gamer tag he has caused me alot of frustration and has broke 2 of my routers and I had to pay $200 for both of them PLEASE HELP

sorry you are NOT allowed to call out tags in the forum all you can do is report them via your console then as for your connection, unplug the modem and router for a few min then plug them in that will reset your IP address. if that does not work than contacting your ISP is your only other option as the DDOS does not happen through Live servers sorry.

Hi there, Is there still a way to report a GT online? I've even checked my Ambassador account and I can't see that it can be done other than through a console.
