Error code

I got Error Code: 2121 what that means? I searched on google but i do not found what it measn :(

The xbox is not in bad place where it get the 2 red rings. When i put xbox on it didnt even get green lights like in 2 seconds it get 2 red rings and the console is not even hot. I cannot get to dashboard or anywhere.

just because the console does not feel hot to touch does not mean that the cpu/gpu is not hot inside (the heatsink might have came away from the chips therefore the xbox is saying there is a problem.)
