Cannot add a Payment Method

What type of payment method are you trying to add?

Credit Card


What error code or message are you receiving? 

please enter a valid credit card number


What region is your account set to?

India 

What region do you physically connect from?

India


What region is your payment method's billing address in?

India

 

I tried setting up xbox live on my console and it said Can't authorize the selected payment option. Please select a different payment option or add a new one, so I tried to do it on the website and it said 'please enter a valid credit card number'


Are you able to add a different payment method?

Only credit card. Not even PayPal ? Please fix this. its very frustrating.

Sorry, fix what exactly? You originally said you were having issues adding a credit card, is that not the case anymore?

Hi

Hhave the same problem. Can't add a creditcard, i get always the message "please enter a valid credit card number".

The region of the account and the physically connection are from switzerland.

I dont have a paypal account, so the creditcard is the only option i have... ;(
