What seems to be the problem? Your child's account got banned? I believe you have to go to the 'Xbox Support' forums, no wonder you're not getting any answers here. Good luck.

As the above posters mentioned, these are the incorrect forums for questions regarding suspensions and the link provided by AFlockOfBunnies will take you to the appropriate forum to find an answer to your query.

That said, your child's Gamercard information, Location, Bio etc,  has been erased by the XBLPET (Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team) and has been replaced with "Code of Conduct" which indicates that there was inappropriate content contained within it.

From the Code of Conduct:

Don't create a gamertag, profile content, Avatar action, Avatar content, or in-game content that references controversial religious topics, notorious people, organizations, or sensitive current or historical events that may be considered inappropriate.

Although I do have to ask the obvious question.  Why would you make your child's account the primary?  The whole concept of a family account is so you can keep an eye on what your kids are doing?
