banned from earning credits on halo reach

Hey there Wow! I understand you are no longer earning credits in Reach. Can you confirm that this is still happening and in all game types? Do you have any reason to believe that you were suspended or banned from Reach due to inappropriate behavior? Please let us know, thanks!

yes all games and i never use a mic or text so i never have problems with people

Credit Bans on Halo Reach are given whenever you try to cheat / exploit the credit system. IE: Boosting in matchmaking or glitching the challenges.

When you're banned on a specific game, it's better to contact the developers of the game - there's really nothing anyone at M$ can do as far as individual games. Though as pointed out above, they won't do anything about it unless you have enough evidence to make a counter claim - 'my dog was playing' isn't evidence - then maybe.

I havent done any wrong and I was banned from earnig credits. I was having problems with my internet it kept dropping me while playing said i quit to many games but it was not my fault I have comcast i made a call and they came out and fixed my internet. but I'm still temporily banned form earning credits. I have proof that they came out and fixed the problem, what can i do to get my credits, thank you christina

I just got the same ban...whole console banned from earning credits.  Why, I have no clue.  I was playing with my 5 year old son...and suddenly it popped up a notice that the console was banned from earning credits.  There is no reason we should have been, we don't even chat in there except party chat with my friends.  : /

Why does everyone think chat has something to do with a credit ban in Halo? You get a credit ban when you do something that is against the Game Developers Terms of Use. Such as boosting, excessive quitting, etc.

As stated above you need to contact the Game Developer in regards to in-game suspensions/bans.

So let me get this straight boosting or quiting get you banned, then why was I banned I was playing yesterday with a friend who has never played before, besides not knowing that you can fall off the map he was doing well and so was I, but then I got this message and now I am playing without them and still can't get the credits for playing. How are your supposed to teach someone how to play if the one thing they like more is earning credits is banning them.

The same thing happened to me. My internet had been lagging earlier, then I saw a message that said I was temporarily banned from earning credits. I just shut my XBOX off. Is there anyway to stop the ban?
