Error returned while creating the volume shadow copy:0x8004231f

Hi all,
I need help to solve the Vss backup issue.
When running NTBackup tool, it was shown an error in backup log file. There is :

. OS version 5.2 (sp2)
. No: This is first time want to do backup
. Error message:
 After uninstall McAfee and the agent:
- The "error code 0x8004231f" is no more but new error coming as below:
- So, could please advise how to resolve it ?
