Win 8 Pro product key not working

Hi,

I've just purchased Win 8 Pro online and downloaded the ISO.  I've used the ISO to do a fresh installation on my PC.
Once installation completes, I've keyed in the product key that's been listed in the order e-mail from Microsoft, but Win 8 says that the product key didn't work.

Did I miss something???

Hope someone can help me out here.

Make sure you are not copying and pasting in the product key,

Enter the product key manually and avoid entering the dashes (hyphens), those will be populated automatically.

Avoid pressing the space bar while entering the product key.
