You have the following choices:

1. Find a PC for sale that comes with 32-bit Windows 7. They are
getting rarer, but they are possible to find.

2. Have a computer built for you without a copy of Windows and buy a
separate copy of 32-bit Windows 7, and install it yourself.

3. Buy a PC that comes with 64-bit Windows 7, but buy a separate copy
of 32-bit Windows 7, and install it yourself, replacing the 64-bit
Windows 7.

4. Question whether this particular program will not work on 64-bit
Windows, and try it yourself. They may be right that it won't work,
but it's pretty rare that that's the case.

5. Buy a different replacement program that will run on 64-bit
Windows.

6. Install XP mode on your 64-bit Windows, and run the program there.

Hi Peter – Welcome to Microsoft Answers Community.

AFAIK, the 64-bit CPUs are backward compatible with 32-bit (x86), this
allows you to run 32-bit software on 64-bit CPU. Now Windows® 7 (and
Windows Vista™) support this and they include a path on the root-directory.

This is the path: C:\Program Files (x86)\.
Everything that installs under that path is x86 based which means it is 32-bit
software.
