update failure - error 0x8024200d

I have tried repeatedly to install 2018-02 Cumulative update for windows 10 version 1709 x64 - based systems (KB4074588) without success! Please help.

There are times that this error occurs when some files in the Windows Update are missing or getting corrupt while downloading. In this case, we suggest downloading and running the Windows Update Troubleshooter to automatically diagnose and resolve any software issues regarding Windows Update.

Just double-click the latest WindowsUpdate.diagcab file to run the troubleshooter. Then, select Next and follow the steps in the wizard to find and fix issues with Windows Update.

If the issue persists after using the Windows Update Troubleshooter, we suggest downloading the version of the latest (SSU)Servicing stack update for Windows 10 Version 1709 (KB4058702) that matches your version of Windows from the Microsoft Update Catalog. Then, restart your device and check for updates.
