Hi Puugii. I'm Greg, an installation specialist, 10 year Windows MVP, and Volunteer Moderator here to help you.
The satellite imagery in Maps app is accredited to Earthstar Geographics of San Diego, CA.
Their website is here: TerraColor® Landsat Satellite Images of Earth by Earthstar Geographics
I hope this helps.

The provider for imagery in the maps application varies depending on where you are looking and what level of detail. The copyright for the particular imagery provider will be displayed in the lower right of the map window. Note that most of the good imagery is not from satellites, but comes from aerial photography.
The terms of use for Aerial imagery can be found here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/maps/product/terms
The other post is incorrect - Earthstar Geographics is only one of many providers and citing them as the source of the imagery is probably not correct. They only provide the lowest detail imagery globally.
