Deleted calendar showing up in iOS outlook app

I had two calendars on my outlook/hotmail account. I renamed one of them and deleted the other. But the outlook app for iOS is still showing the deleted calendar and the old name of the remaining one. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and deleting and re-adding the account. None of these worked. How can I make the app sync the calendar information correctly? Thanks in advance.

  5. For "Domain" enter m.hotmail.com.
  6. Enter your full Outloook.com e-mail address for the username, followed by your account password.
  7. Tap "Next" and a new "Server" field will appear.
