If you want to suggest this to Microsoft use the Feedback Hub app in Start Menu where developers are tasked to process consumer feedback and may interact with you. But Microsoft will not even see it here because this is a tech forums where we are mostly volunteers trying to help solve your problems.

Hi Greg the feedback hub isn't allowing people to respond to an engineer because I had an who responded to one of my posts in the feedback hub but I wasn't able to respond back to them because it didn't give me any option to reply to the engineer it allowed me to write comments and reply to other users but I couldn't respond to engineers.

They have even updated the feedback hub app to allow the feedback hub app to send notifications from the feedback hub but still not recievireing any notifications from the feedback hub after they added the notification options to the feedback hub I tried to respond to them to let them know that it still didn't work even though they added the notifications options in the feedback hub settings.

I would try some of the other music apps like Pandora.

You might want to try to create new Feedback to see if it works better.

I personally never used groove, but have recently been having issues playing some songs I enjoyed on spotify. One thing I would suggest is bringing back groove music, with the previous features but also possibly provide a music streaming service that music artists could opt in/out of alongside the purchase/local playback for those who don't want to have internet connection to play music. Also don't forget that it needs advertising.
