Office 365 HUP Discount

Hi,

I just purchased Office 365 Family using the HUP program. While I saw the discounted price with 30% off on the selection page, I was charged the full price for it.

Have tried contacting the support desk but can't get through to them - any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Hi there,

It seems that you have purchased Office without the discounted because you failed to open the discount link successfully. You can try contact Microsoft Support for Billings to get the refund for the recent transaction. Then ask them to assist you with HUP purchase again.
