InfoPath Training

I have been moved to a position to implement a streamlined process using InfoPath and SharePoint, among other 3rd party software.  I know a little about SharePoint, and next to nothing about InfoPath.  The Microsoft Site offer little information, (at least what I can find) and I need some quick training on InfoPath.  I learn more by doing, than by reading.  Any sugestions?

Jessica Meats has a excellent series of videos posted at You Tube.  Very informative and she has a positively delightful accent (I am American).  I am just learning InfoPath and found them a good beginning.
