the file Mso98Win32Client.dll is incompatible with Microsoft Outlook  and Office 2016 

Just started after updates from MS  this month ...  

I tried uninstall my 32 bit version of Vision  and reinstall and repair Office MANY times .... STILL does not go away...

Hi All,

Please be noted that this is a known issue for Outlook and our related team is investigating it. Currently, there is a workaround for this issue. That is to revert to build 16.0.8201.2136 using instructions in this KB article. For more information, you can refer to https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Fixes-or-workarounds-for-recent-issues-in-Outlook-for-Windows-ecf61305-f84f-4e13-bb73-95a214ac1230?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US

Hi Gbytzasdadsadsadsadsadade,

For this situation, please try the following methods to give it a shot:

1. If you are using an Office 365 account, use Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant Tool (SARA) in https://diagnostics.outlook.com/#/ (Problems with Outlook).

2. Locate the recent updates and un-install them one by one until the issue goes away. 

Windows 7
Start-> Control Panel-> Uninstall a Program-> View installed updates

Windows 8 and Windows 10
Right click on the Start Menu button-> Control Panel-> Uninstall a Program-> View installed updates

3. Un-install and re-install the client. After un-installing, it is recommeded that you delete the Office folder.
