Unable to restart system after shutdown

Update went fine unable to restart system after a shutdown. When I try to start my system after a normal shutdown system hangs on Windows 10 splash screen. The only way to get my system running is to hold the power button until the system powers off then proceed to power on the system, this the only way I could get Windows 14267 started.

I have this problem with last several preview releases but it was confined only to the restart from the sleep mode. So I stopped use the sleep mode. I have Windows 10 preview on a Lenovo thinkstation with dual Xeon proc. 12g mem.

NEED A SOLUTION!!!!

You could try turning off fast startup and see if you get the startup issue.

1. Right-click start, Power Options

2. Click Require a password on wakeup

3. Click Change settings that are currently unavailable

4. Untick [   ] Turn on fast startup

5. Click [Save changes] button

6. Shutdown

7. Start your computer and login.
