bing account

I always keep my bing account signed in but this morning when I opened my computer my bing account was signed off.  I tried signing in and it says that "this account does not exist".  I had to set up a new account to send this message.  Please HELP as I have a lot of Bing Rewards on the other account and would like to get them back! Thank you!
The first step in any troubleshooting is to clear the browser cache/cookies.      
*For Internet Explorer browser: Press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL simultaneously and click Delete
*For Google Chrome: Press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL simultaneously and click Clear Browsing Data
*For Firefox: Press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL simultaneously and click Clear Now
(other browsers are similar)

Hi I am not able to login into my bing account with my ID & Password.


Error message received:-


There is a problem accessing your account because we are unable to locate a Bing Ads account associated with the Microsoft account: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***



You may receive this message if you have more than one Microsoft account user name or haven't linked your Bing Ads user name to a Microsoft account yet.


You can resolve this problem by:
Sign out
your Microsoft account: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
After you have signed out of Microsoft account, you can sign in again with a different Microsoft account.
Sign up a new Bing Ads user account
Sign up for a new Bing Ads user account.

I Have done all but not  resolved , Please help me.....
