Blue Screen Local Id - 1033 , BCCode - d1

please help to resolve this problem

After Installing Quick Heal Total Security 2013 my Friend Compaq Presario CQ40 Laptop restart and from then his laptop not working

every time system getting a blue screen

when i start the laptop in safe mode it showing this below mentioned message

i restore my friend laptop to Previous restore point (before installing Quick Heal antivirus) then laptop working

but when i install Quick Heal antivirus again then problem start again

please help me to resolve this problem

My pleasure, glad to hear it!

I've done some research on it, it always helps to learn more. It appears to be a decent antivirus, so if it works for you, you can use it if you like. If not, as I mentioned above, Microsoft Security Essentials is a great alternative.

Make sure you also as I mentioned update to Service Pack 1 if you have not already.
