Error Code c00d36c4

I recently bought the following Video:

Limp Bizkit
Rollin`(Air Raid Vehicle)

On my Xbox 360

But any time I try to play the video I keep getting this error: Status Code: c00d36c4

Can you explain to me how to fix this problem, as I have already Delete it my my Hard drive and reinstalled it a couple of times. Also tried to Delete Zune and Clear the Cache and redownload every thing the error is still there.

 

I contact Zune and they told me to contact Xbox support, when i contact Xbox support the tell me to contact Zune.

 

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

According to this article, Either the video codec or the audio codec is unsupported, or one of the streams in a video file is corrupted. This content may not be supported. For more information, visit the Xbox website.
