issues with outlook 2010 - windows 7

Hi ,

I have a problem with outlook 2010, outlook hang five times per day.

with the message not reponding.

I have these errors messages in the event log:

Try the below mentioned steps:

 

Step1:

1.    Hold down the CTRL key and click on Outlook icon.

2.    Check if you are able to work with Outlook.

3.    If Outlook /safe works then disable add-ins by clicking on File->options->Add-ins.

4.    Click Go for COM-Add-ins and clear the check box for all.

5.    Click ok.

6.    Close and open Outlook.

 

Step2:

 

Start the system in clean boot mode to check if any Non-Microsoft services are causing the problem.

Note: Once troubleshooting is completed, ensure to start the system in Normal mode by following Step 7 in the above article.

I have performed all the steps but still have been facing the problem.

Step1:

its over 7 months now that I am living with this problem.everyday my outlook 2010 hangs for at least 5 times a day.
