how to fix ntdll.dll error

i have windows 7 professional 
however using office xp 2002 

it worked fine for few months / suddenly when i try to open my outlook it force me to close the program
and showing the following error message

will appreciate if some one can guide from here

Adding to Diane’s suggestion, the error related to ntdll.dll may occur due to the following reasons:

 

·         Corrupt Windows user profile

·         Non-Microsoft application / service conflicting with Outlook

 

Enable Clean-boot using the steps given  here and then open Outlook to verify the status. 

Note: once the troubleshooting is done, enable Normal Start-up.
