The Microsoft Access database engine could not find the object 'MSysDb'

"The Microsoft Access database engine could not find the object 'MSysDb'. Make sure the object exists and that you spell its name and the path name correctly. If 'MSysDb' is not a local object, check your network connection or contact the server administrator."
What I can do to recover it, I could not even manage to import the content to a new accdb! Please Help

Sounds like corruption...

I would make a back-up, make another back-up and then first try importing everything into a new database.  I see the above didn't work so, read this article...
