Xbox Game Pass Ultimate promo code PC

So, i have to ask since i'm still waiting on it. Is there still no way for PC user to reclaim their promo code for Discord Nitro, spotify and EA Access ? I've contacted the support last week and they told me i would get an Email. But it's getting a bit long and i still don't have any news.

Try reaching out to Xbox Support for assistance with that.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One 
Step 2 ----Select See other options 
Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System  Update) 
Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options" 
Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Welp i tried to do that before that post but it told me that Support isn't available right now. So i tried here in case Microsoft delivered a way to do without me knowing.

Hi Jason Terrier,

Only Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers receive a Nitro subscription. At present, it is not possible for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate PC-only subscribers to claim the Nitro gift.

Except tell you to contact the support, we can't here on the forum do something else for you :

Well thanks anyway. Wait and see i guess. let's hope PC-only subscribers will get at least news one day. I get bad flashback at the launch of the service where i had to wait two whole month before the update managed to make the service working for me. All of it without news, and now it's almost the same. But at least i can use the Pass that's that i guess ?

The EA access free month is console only ? Since Origin does have the program too i assumed it was compatible with that one.

The EA access free month is console only?

Yes. The PC version is called 'Origin Access' and is a different subscription service.

I know as I use both. No point buying something you can't use.

Ooooooh, i wasn't aware of that. That's a shame. But it's doesn't bother me that much. I'm more interested in the 3 month of Nitro than the EA Access thing. Thanks for the info tho.

Hi Jason,

Thanks for the replies. As others mentioned, you will need to request a call from support and speak with an agent. 

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support: 
  

  • Step 1 ----select Xbox One 

  • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes 

  • Step 3-----select show contact options 
    Step 4 ----select request call from support 

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
