My only problem seems to be that I can't purchase Microsoft Points. I researched this code and it seems to have something to do with my account being locked due to suspicious activity or fraud. I made sure that all the billing information is correct and I don't have any outstanding balances with billing so I'm confused as to why I have gotten this code. Especially because my account has not been activity lately because I have been on vacation for two weeks. However, I was able to redeem two codes for 100 points for signing up for Bing Rewards and downloaded some small dlc for Dirt 3. Hopefully there's a solution but all the digging I've done so far has yet to produce one.

The only solution I've ever heard is updating all of your information and then calling support to have them unlock your account.
