Slow Downloads

I'm trying to download a demo for a game with a token but I keep on getting a game marketplace error and now I try to redownload it via Download History it freezes at 20 - 30 percent then few minutes later i get a timed out message. I know it's not my internet connection cause I'm on my laptop right next to me.

Now I'm getting a status Code 80072746

Is your Xbox hooked up wired or wirelessly? Are you having issues downloading any other content?
