Re: Think something helpful is missing?

I just brought to Microsofts attention that there was a broken game within the "game Room", This game is called "Video Chess" after them throwing me curve balls and lieing to me multipule times, they refused to re-emburse my purchase and refused to remove the game from their DLC. On another occation I had made a map pack purchase for Gears of War 2.  The one I bought was for 800 MP and gave 9 maps and the new campaign map. After downloading I was still unable to play multiplayer ( because I didnt have all the maps). Looking again I found another map pack that had all 17 maps and the new campaign mission for 800 MP and this pack was halfway down the list.  I called and asked for a re-embursment, they denied me it and said that they would not remove all the other map packs and just have the one with all of them.  Seems to me that they like to rip us off any chance they get. Just wanted to let you all know this, I for one am not making another purchase from Microsoft ever again.
