Question about Windows LIVE games

Okay, well I recently started buying PC games for Windows LIVE. Such as GTA IV, Kane and Lynch, RE5, etc. Anyways, I also have these games on Xbox. I noticed I unlocked an achievement the other day while playing GTAIV on the PC and was like "well, I already have this". I was looking at my games on Xbox the other day and noticed I have double of the games. GTAIV and GTAIV PC. But RE5 for Xbox is the same for PC and same with Kane and Lynch. My question is, will I get in trouble for getting achievements in these games cause it looks like I have them twice in my gamerscore.
