Purchasing and downloading to PC?

Hello! I live out in the middle of nowhere and I don't have access to broadband internet unless I am at school. There are a lot of games that I want to purchase off of XBLA. I do however have access to internet at college and at the library, but I cannot bring my XBOX to those places haha. I am wondering if it is possible to download content off of the marketplace and put them onto a flash drive or CD to transfer to my XBOX.... it better be... or else...

No. It's not possible. You can only queue up the download from the website to start downloading when you start the console, but the actual download is not available.
