purchased BlackOps from marketplace and it will not download

I purchased Blackops from the market place and it will not download past 1 %. I had bought a used version and the disk is bad so i baught it on line and have downloaded the x-packs. i tried what one of the post had suggested and deleted the game/pack and cleared the cache. i add the port to my firewall and did the speed test all looks good to me but it still will not down load. Any other suggestions?

Have you called your ISP to see if they're having issues?

I have been playing mod. warefare 2 online and down loaded one of the old map packs. Additionally, i have been playing wow with out issues and my ping rates have been great, so i do not think it is an ISP issue. I have left it to down load overnight and it will not download past 1 % and i have 220 gb free. Like i said, i have down loaded one of the old map packs form modwar 2 yesterday with out issue. Any other suggestions?

When we mean region we mean the country region not the continent

For example if you are using a certain thing to make it look like you are in another region that always fails

Mw 2 mapPacks aree not region locked but blackops are region locked  due to content hence the region lock

So if your account country region does not match your actual country region like having USA account but you actually live in Canada or Mexico would cause a fail

Same problem , mine just stays on 39 percent and just stops saying Can't Download Black Ops, Any solutions?
